Well then, continue to assert your stupidity. Also the thought that my threat didnt leave you shaking in your shoes has brought me to tears. i hope you're happy.

Im sorry, moron. but until this website does something to show its crediblity (other than linking to an IRCA logo stored on their own webspace) i will continue to call them a blog. They have no credintials to be anything but a blog. On how the world wide web works, it runs primarily over the Hyper Text Transfer Protocol, which is based on TCP/IP. It allows users to access files stored on remote servers through the internet. We could talk about it in greater detail if you like, and i could maybe help you write a script in PHP, Perl, or Java to make a blog if you'd like. In other words, sit down and shut up; you're out classed.

    Bye bye.

What do you know about Joseph Farah, whose website that is? He doesn't exactly believe in our bill of rights:
    http://conwebwatch.tripod.com/outthere/otfarah.html
He's been editor of a couple of right-wing papers that are now defunct. http://www.sourcewatch.org/index.php?title=Joseph_Farah

This is from a couple of years ago, but still fun to read: http://sadlyno.com/archives/1082.html
In August/September of last year, apparently Joseph Farah and Pat Buchanan were advocating the impeachment of George W. Bush over illegal immigration! http://www.laborlawtalk.com/showthread.php?t=113883
    Gotta love the Google!

Indeed, WorldNetDaily.com is a fiercely independent newssite committed to hard-hitting investigative reporting of government waste, fraud and abuse. Founded by Joseph and Elizabeth Farah in May 1997, it is now a leading Internet newssite in both traffic and influence.

o_O Good job making sense. But lets get into the facts, so you can shut up. You probably wont, but atleast you'll know you should.

    Factcheck for you: http://www.alexa.com/data/details/traffic_details?url=www.worldnetdaily.com

    let me summarize:

they havent broken the top 500 in the past 2 years, you have to look at their full report to see where they broke the top 500, and they actually did for about 1.5 months in 2003. Grats on that. Since then, they have fallen to 2,653 (today, which is charitable as the average rank for this week is 3,003) they droped 300 positions in the past month. Compared to theonion.com currently sitting pretty above rank 2,000. i mention the Theonion.com because it is a farsical news site showing that alexa is a popularity contest, not a ranking of truth or honest journalism.

actually no, what i cant get over is that you take everything you see at face value. Hey man, guess what TOMMAROW THE WORLD ENDS. NO JOKES! IT ENDS! LOLLOLOLOLOL you fell for it didnt you? sorry about that. didnt mean to panic you... but guliblle is written above your head on the ceiling. nono, duh. it wouldnt be. they took it out of the dictionary. god you're dumb.

Well... "blog" comes from "Weblog" a term which was coined in december of 1997, but the first one was created in 1994. You are right in that "blog" wasnt used in 1997, it didnt come about until 1999.. No matter whether it was a Web page, weblog or blog is inconsequential to the discussion. What we are discussing is the credibility of the source posted, which is absolutely 0 as Grandma and I have shown.

    Let me get this straight...

The US being in Iraq is creating more terrorists

The US leaving Iraq will create more terroists

That's about it in a nut shell.

Ok, I have a couple of questions for the guy with the broken caps lock key...

    1. What on God's holy Earth makes you think that terrorists of any ilk, much less Jihadists, are going to talk to WorldNetDaily?

    2. What makes you think, if the terrorists deemed it appropriate to be interviewed (exclusively) by such an obvious right-wing news outlet**, they would tell WorldNetDaily the truth about what they wanted?

** If you honestly don't believe that WND is as right-wing as CNN and the New York Times is left wing, then I understand why the operation of the caps lock key is a mystery to you.

Sorry if you were offended but you went on the attack first and the opportunity was to good to pass up
    .
Regarding your point on pulling out causing more havoc, well actually I was wondering what your point is. I certainly haven't pushed for "cut and run"; that was fear mongering on the Republicans behalf. We do need to work with the Iraqis now that we "bought it".

Regarding the credibility of your news source - well not even Cybercast News Service is covering it and they are a legitimate conservative news source.

So in my opinion the party that made America less safe (The Republicans) needs to be bounced out of office before they can do more damage, even if the terrorists want them in office. Actually that is a great reason for removing the Republicans.

    Well, let's see...

How about the fact that the article claims to be from an interview held in Israel, but Jihad Jaara is in exile in Ireland under protective custody in a safe house.

Or how about this quote from the WND article:
"Jaara was the chief in Bethlehem of the Brigades, the declared "military wing" of Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas' Fatah party.

Together with the Islamic Jihad terror group, the Brigades has taken responsibility for every suicide bombing inside Israel the past two years, including an attack in Tel Aviv in April that killed American teenager Daniel Wultz and nine Israelis."

Compared to this quote from a BBC article:
"In an exclusive interview with the BBC, Jihad Jaara and Rami Kamel denied Israeli accusations that they had been involved in attacks in which Israelis died.

Both men said they would not condone any attacks on civilians, either Israelis or Palestinians."

Awful hard to both claim responsibility and publically deny involvment in the attacks.

    Anything else you need?

Clif, I hate to give this BS any credence, but the article did state the following:

You would think that if this was legit that Matt Drudge would have picked it up by now (not that it is legit if it is carried by Drudge).

THANKS FOR POINTING THAT OUT TO CLIF HUGHT. :D

STILL WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO PROVIDE ANY PROOF THAT THE STORY IS FALSE. :!: :!:

COME ON IF IT IS A FLAT OUT LIE IT SHOULD BE PRETTY EASY TO REFUTE!!!

Believe it if you want, most of us don't have the ability to interview the appropriate parties, but think about it why are most reputable conservative news agencies and distribution groups avoiding this article. My guess is because they know it is bogus, or they realise that most of the American public are not gullible enough to swallow it this time so why be a tool of the terrorists.

    God is a spaghetti monster.
Bush had sex with goats during his time in the national guard.
In a recent interview Osama Bin Laden claimed to enjoy jelly doughnuts.
The devil speaks through cloud patterns on Uranus.

    go ahead. prove me wrong.

No. im not actually suggesting these facts, im just making the point that if you want to make a claim, its your job to prove its validity, not our job to prove your claim wrong. Your one source for this article doesnt stand up to the laugh test, the smell test, or actually investigating claims made on their website, they have no credibility, therefore your claim has no credibility. If you want to back them up, go ahead, but nobody on these boards outside of you is stupid enough to blindly believe 1 author from a conservative "News site" (blog) who wants to hand the republicans a christmas present 1 week before the election.

NEVI THAT IS ABOUT AS LAME AN EXAMPLE AS I HAVE EVER SEEN! WE NOW KNOW YOU WERENT A MEMBER OF THE COLLEGE DEBATE TEAM!!!!! :D

IF I MAKE A CLAIM ITS UP TO ME TO PROVE THE VALIDITY??! WHEN DID YOU GET THAT LAW PASSED? DONT BE SO LAZY BOY!!!! I QUOTED AN ARTICLE FROM A WELL ESTABLISHED NEWS SITE!!!! AND THAT ARTICLE CITED EVERY ONE OF THE INDIVIDUALS THEY QUOTED FOR THE STORY. THERE WERENT ANY ANONYMOUS SOURCES QUOTED! :!: :!: :!: GETTING THE PICTURE NOW??

IF IT IS A FALSEHOOD THEN IT SHOULD BE REAL EASY TO PROVE IT WRONG. BUT YOU CONTINUE TO TRY TO REDIRECT BECAUSE YOU CANT PROVE IT IS A FALSE STORY!!!!

JUST BECAUSE YOU DONT LIKE THE SOURCE DOESNT MAKE IT FALSE!!  :!: :!:

    blingo Guest

LET ME GUESS. YOU DONT LIKE THIS SOURCE EITHER? :D DO YOU THINK HE WOULD LINK TO THE STORY WITHOUT CHECKING IT OUT FIRST FOR VALIDITY?

    http://www.rushlimbaugh.com/home/today.guest.html

REMEMBER NEVI. THE STORY CITES EVERY PERSON QUOTED BY NAME. KINDA HARD TO DO THAT IF IT IS A FALSE STORY. HAVE YOU FIGURED THAT OUT YET?

Actually it is hard to believe, but you did find a less credible source. And yes I do believe he would not check his sources.
