The arrest was well AFTER the pictures caused the title to be stripped. As are many nude and semi-nude pictures, but that did not prevent her from "forgetting" to disclose them in relation to her contract. You can think that, but given the terms of the contracts, I wonder how accurate your thoughts are. If you ASSUME that was the reason for the contract, which seems to be standard in relation to the other previous cases, and there is a conspiracy which out to get her. Of course, you have nothing but your personal beliefs to back up these claims? :?
So her morals are good enough as long as she claims to be supporting her faith? How does misrepresentation of her posing for nude or semi-nude pictures fall into that situation? It seems to be a bit hypocritical to me, but that whole variable ethics seems to be a bit confusing as one expects a constant in that area.
From what I remember of that event, though it was a disgruntled, jilted boyfriend that used a photo that was meant to be for him only. It was not professionally done photography. It did, however, have the same effect and caused a tremendous stir.
http://www.google.com/hostednews/ap/article/ALeqM5h2k_jaowU7BPFzCx99CyZNL4HIVAD980EBR00 From the Associated Press it does appear that Miss California had Contract Violations. Oh well, back to regular news now. Sherry
No, it is not BS as I repeated the wording of the contract she signed where "nude or semi-nude photographs" are not allowed. There is no distinction between the two levels as far as the pagent is concerned.
you weren't repeating the wording of the contract.. BS on that also... nice try though... Proof that you were repeating that wording. There isn't any proof of that.
OK Miss Wayne... show me the nudity... which is what I asked... Nudity.. which was mentioned... There is none. OK.
Where might I ask is the wording of the Pagent... Oh sh it you are the pagent too, damn how could I miss that.
One reference was in the link VG posted, "They are going over the legalities and clearly she breached her contract," Neal said. "When you compete for Miss California, you're supposed to disclose whether you posed for nude or semi-nude photos because it's grounds for disqualification.
Where Wayne do you see "or" in my question???? Which is the post Sherry responded to as see the facts... Still looking.
You have trouble understanding context too? Your question was related to the post I made and was based on your misunderstanding of it. The reference Sherri made was trying to get you to understand the facts and not just your assumptions.
no I have no trouble understanding what "I" asked. Apparently you two do. Arrogance often causes blindness..
No, we were just pointing out the ignorance of the question based on what was posted. Seemingly, ingorance does too.
