Mother's Day

I gave my Mom a Father's Day card once. I think she teared up. I wanted her to know I understood it was a hard job being both parents.

 

Perfect Michelle! I love it...For Mother's Day and for today, which is National Prayer Day.

 

I'm sure I share this with a few here, but, this is the first mother's day without my mom. I miss ya, Mom!!! :cry:

 

Mine too, God'schild. I miss her all the time. :cry: Not real sure how Mother's Day will go this year.

Thoughts are with you as well.

Thanks, and mine are with you too :grouphug: We will be at my mother-in-law's. She is like a mother to me so I know I will get through it... I wish you well this weekend....:grouphug:

 

I wasn't putting anybody down, but I know that when one parent travels it leaves the other to fill in. Remember, my DH was career military, there were lots of times he wasn't around. Didn't make him a bad parent, but it did leave me to try to fill both roles a lot of the time.
