I had mine done back in 2004 in Beverly Hills, CA. The procedure lasted about 15 minutes each eyes (30 mins total). Of course, I was so nervous and the kind nurse gave me a tiny pill to relax me (it helped). It's the best thing for my eyes. I never had any halo effect or dry eyes at all. My new vision hasn't change since the lasik procedure. Before that, I've been wearing glasses/contact for 30 years. My eyes was really bad, as I cannot see without glasses. Now my vision is 20/20 and I'm still pleased. It's definely worth it to have it done for your eyes.
Ok, i admit; at first i had ahard time figuring out what water pills had to do with eyesight and why anyone other than race horse trainers would want coupons.  :? Then, i had to wonder what the problem was with halos. Hey, back in the 70's and 80's, we use to try to get those halos. And the trails were kinda cool, too. 8) But then i caught on, and i'm thinking that, with having to sell my old house to afford new glasses this past time, Lasik may be a good idea. Thanks all for the comments. I may just check it out next time. BTW, my kids both wear glasses already, and they aren't getting contacts until they turn 18 and buy them themselves. I've got plenty of other things to waste my money on. (All bets are off if their Mom decides to buy them contacts.) Snuff
