I'm sure a lot of things have changed in the 8 years since I have been there. Since they hosted the Olympics I'm sure the bathroom facilities are much better. When I was there the bathroom was a hole in the ground with porcelain around it. They sold you tissue on the way in and you had to be a very good squater/balancer. Okay back to tips. #1 Carry some tissue with you. #2 It is very crowded and people don't wait their turn like we do. If you don't push your way to the front of the line you won't get waited on. #3 Close your eyes when you are in the back of a cab or you might just throw up. They drive inches away from each other. They don't use the lines in the road. If 3 lanes are drawn they make it into 6. #4 Hopefully you will have someone with you to read the menu so you don't order the dog. #5 Don't pay the first, second, or third price they quote you. Slowly walk away...they will call you back. #6 Remember you can buy most of that junk here at Wal-Mart. Don't bother lugging it home in your luggage. #7 Bring a fork! I carried mine with me everywhere. I forgot it after dinner once and a waitress brought it out to me in the parking lot. LOL #8 Try the food in the street. It is really good and cheap. #9 Be prepared for a really long flight! #10 A SMILE IS UNIVERSAL!
Proper sauce or seasonings and just about anything is good. Just ask the folks who eat Birds Nest Soup.
