New 40/42 construction project

The news reports only talked about the 2.1 acre plot that Aldi's bought, and it was discussed here how that would be one of the smallest acreage for an Aldi's around here. I noticed they were clearing land up to the corner as well, checked GIS, and it turns out Aldi's also bought the 5.2 acre lot on the corner. It has the same sale date, but I don't think it showed up on Johnston County GIS on the same day. So, our Aldi's will be on a 7.3 acre lot!
