TA's receive a hourly wage for bus driving. However, they have to make up any TA time missed while driving. For example, If a custodian misses 2 hours due to driving, they will have to stay later to make up the time. A friend of mine is a custodian and works from 6am-6pm daily. If they're short handed she'll stay even later.
