I'm more than happy to discuss the issues with you, if you care to present any. The problem is, I haven't seen you post anything but complaints in the short dozen posts you have made.

Tell me, what is Mr. Obama's plan for healthcare? How will he "fix" the high prices for medical care and prescription drugs? From what I can see on his website, his plan amounts to making the medical care staff charge less for their services and force the drug companies to charge less for their product. This does not seem constitutional for him to do that. How will he force doctors to charge less? What is the punishment for them if they don't abide by his wishes?

 

he wants to import and/or use generic drugs to lower prescription costs and will lower the doctor fees by strengthening antitrust laws which will in turn lower the insurance the docotrs need to practice. Whats the punishment if they dont abide by his wishes? is that a serious question, its called competition not to mention regulation.

 

same as McCain, who also wants to get more competition for insurance companies to help lower premiums. hadnt read about the antitrust laws, will have to do some reading and get back with ya

I'm all for that. But that doesn't sound like something a Democrat, and especially a liberal, would do. Do you have a statement from him on this point?

Yes that is a serious question. If you can't take the hard questions, stay on the porch with the puppies. How is competition going to drive costs down? There already is lots of competition and the costs keep getting higher and higher. Regulation? A possibility, but is that constitutional? I mean there's no precedent for regulating the fees a person charges for their services.
