Office Administrator Needed

    We're a growing real estate investment company selectively looking for someone to fill the void of an office administrator.

    Skills we're looking for:
    - Computer Savy: Must be knowledgeable with Microsoft programs.
    - Someone is experienced or can learn to use Quick Books for accounts payable/receivable.
    - Great email etiquette.
    - Strong organizational skills.
    - Attentive Data Entry
    - Self-motivated & directed. (We won't hold your hand)
    - Client oriented,
    - Good telephone personality.
    - WILLING TO GROW (We're constantly growing!)

    Initially 25-30 hours a week. Hours are flexible to a certain degree with your schedule. Six hours a day with the possibility of leaving early on Fridays! Hours should increase over time.
