She freaked out when the garage door went down, but once I went over to her she calmed right down. Considering all the "new things" she experienced last night, I feel she handled herself quite well... a little lady :)

you guys are killing me! She is pretty..I'm just having a hard time making up my mind..cause of the birds..and of course my male cat isn't fixed yet and he needs that first before I take in another cat or any animal for that matter. My thing is I have been wanting to foster and help out..but I have things here I have to get in order as well.
Plus my daughter wants a chi for her birthday and I know with Disney coming up it's hard enough trying to find someone to care for 2 dogs, 2 cats and 6 birds!! :)

My neighbor is a great pet sitter :) Shes also a vet tech so she can handle surprises. Heck, I'll be more than happy to help you with petsitting myself.

If my fence was done I know I would have more lol, I have always been a animal person..but if I brought home another animal knowing I work 6 days a week...see I'm talking myself out of it already..
It wouldn't be fair to the kitty, trust me..wahhhhhh!
I know money wise I can't take on another one, got to put my head before my heart right now..wahhh

Hey... kitties do fine as long as they have friends! Seriously though, I will help with her initial screening and bloodwork. Let me know if you change your mind.

Being she is 4-5 months, possibly preggers, was starving, and in need of love.... I forgot to do that. Cleo??

She is a very pretty kitty. Do you think there's any possibility she belongs to someone and they are looking for her?

oh I didn't mean to make you feel bad, and most likely they let her go if she is preggo and hungry, it was just a thought.

Oh I didn't mean to make you feel you didn't do anything about it..I'm sorry...
    just a thought.
I'm sure if she is hungry and preggo, the other owners most likely didn't care. I haven't seen any ads "I'm missing my grey kitty anywhere either"

I don't feel bad. I'm just happy we came along when we did. Most likely she would have been hit by a car. We found her on a rather busy section of 55.

Oops, I see Sheri had the same idea and posted while I was still thinking about it. It was just a thought. I know cats do get dumped all the time, but sometimes they get out by themselves, too. You might just want to drive through the neighborhood and see if you see any "lost cat" posters before you spend a lot of money on her, that's all.

In any event, she's obviously better off with you, keeping warm and dry, instead of dodging traffic and scrounging for a meal.
