Rant-it seems like too many things you buy these days are packaged in a way that you might stare at them through the packaging but trying to actually get to the purchased item is quite another matter altogether:banghead: Can't remember what it was the last time that I had bought and was trying to extract from it's Fort Knox like packaging,I do remember that I ended up with a cut finger since I had to resort to the butcher knife to surgically remove the darn thing.
I also remember seeing Andy Rooney complaining about the same thing on 60 minutes.

 

Actually I'm pretty sure there is a county ordinance against them. They probably just don't have anyone to enforce it. It use to be a few times a year someone for the county would go around and pick them up. I think sign owners would get fined. Looks like there are an awful lot of revenue opportunities out there for the county.
