I should have added that my experience was about 7 years ago so things could have changed. It was right before his office burned down. My brother & mother both went there right before I did with no issues. Also, the work I had done was corrective from previous braces so that could have been a part of it. I had long waits there a few times and some of this comments were not pleasant. I guess he wasn't happy to correct something someone else messed up. I just choose to take my son elsewhere. Of course I am glad to hear that people are currently having good experiences there.
