And what happened when you called the Sheriff's office to report the attack and the principal's (and the bus driver's) aiding and abetting?
I called the Sheriff's office. I was told that since I tried to talk to the driver the school could file charges on me. You are not to delay a bus for any reason. Me trying to talk to the driver was delaying the bus. Not to mention the driver almost ran me down she came within less than a foot of hitting me. Again we go back to me delaying the bus. The principal told me it wasn't her place to talk to anyone I had to deal with the asst. There were witness to the attack, the bus drivers comment and refusal to help and the driver almost hitting me. But nothing could be done because I was trying to delay the bus.
In that case, if what you say is true, I'd go to the media. Your son is attacked on the bus and neither the school nor law enforcement will do anything? The news will lap it up.
I moved out of that school district and this was when he was in fourth grade. He is now in sixth grade. Has not been in that school for 2 years. If I had taken it any further the school would have caused me trouble as they said I broke the law trying to delay the bus.
breaking a law or not, if someone was attacking my child that bus would of been more than delayed!!!!!!!
Not when they hit the gas and almost knock you down. The kids who had just gotten off the bus started screaming they thought I got hit. My daughter stood there just yelling, "she almost hit you."
GEEEZZ!!! ok so that would of made me even more mad and I would of had that lady/man by the hair of there head!!!!!
