That would be an important thing to bring up with the folks running this thing. The legislation that creates the tax should be rolled back or at least re-considered in some way in the event the area incorporates and one of the services the new incorporated town provides is parks and rec. In that case the taxes should be reconfigured.
Pickleball is really big w/ seniors. It's even an event in NC Senior Games and has a large participation rate.
