Pizzelles

I had a waffle maker once that had 2 sides, one for waffles and the other for pizzelles. I don't know if they still make them, but it was cool to have a small appliance that had atleast 2 different functions.

 

Ohhh, it's been a few years since I worked in downtown Raleigh - that's the one I was thinking of.

I found them at Aldi's in Fuquay.......very good and very crisp/fresh.
