Those that have positions in our education system always need to remember that they are entrusted with our young. Many girls in high school fall for respectable older men and do a great deal of flirting. It is never ok for the adults employed in the schools to take advantage of this, though I'm sure it's very flattering to them. There is a reason there are laws for this kind of situation. He'll be lucky if he comes out of this without being labeled a sexual offender.
It looks pretty simple to me. There was an incident, an admission of wrongdoing and termination that could proceed to criminal charges. Without additional information, we can only be presumptious armchair prosecutors (or defenders). And that's all I've got to say about that.
sooooo, the nasty sordid pornographic picture in question was of a marijuana leaf.... and the gal that turned him in did it because he had turned her in for stealing 3 ipods from the girls locker room. needless to say she doesn't go to West anymore either. no, it doesn't make it right. but for all y'all who were assuming....well you know what happens when you do that...
do you have a link? not saying it's not true, just want more deets. If it's true, I'm glad I was wrong about the x-rated pics! To be honest, never even thought about sending pics of drugs and that having to be investigated. Still not right, but glad it wasn't x-rated.
The girl didn't go too far though...word has it that South Johnston was the unlucky winner.:ack: Guess they better keep a close eye on their IPods.
 good point. The news reports and quotes referred to pictures of himself....maybe he was holding it.....too many questions!!
yep South Johnston is the lucky recipient. call it whatever you want ladies, facts is facts. And I wouldn't come on here with "gossipy" $hi%. that's not how I roll.....
Dang kell. Just sounded funny, that's all - like a blow by blow report and I didn't see anything in the news. That's why it sounded like gossip.
it's all good Cle-to the O....I don't believe there is any report. And it sure does sound like gossip, but it's not. It's factoids. Normally I wouldn't have even come back on this thread, but this one got so heated so I just felt an overwhelming sense of nanny nanny boo boo itis.....
but what we all know is the media is always right in their reporting.... and I would imagine that it's deemed inappropriate for a law enforcement person to be sending that type of picture.
It would be for anybody in a position of authority to send something like to a child they were "responsible" for.
As I was saying before, too many people ready to pass judgement without knowing all the facts. The media can blow things all out of proportion and then the human brain tends to run with the worst case situation, in most cases. I knew there had to be more to the story and think that alot of people should really feel bad for blaming this man for things he didn't do. I am not saying all of his actions were correct, but pointing the finger and trying to make him out to be some sort of sexual predetor was wrong.
