Let BCBS handle it. At this point they are very aware. The Doctors office should be sending you a check when they are done.

Called today to ask for my records of payments and they are doing that for me. I'll pick them up tomorrow. Told them I just wanted to see what are expenses were for the year. My husband said we should get a copy of htat FIRST before we question them on the charges. so, tomorrow it is pick up and then question on charges. I'll let you know what they say. If they don't want to refund for what I was overcharge, I will definitely let BCBS handle it. Thanks for all the advice. I'll let you know what happens.

Just learn from me if nothing else to check your recipts, bills, and your policies regarding insurance. I had alwasy thought my copay was $20 at the chiro like it is at every other specialist we see. However, shocked to find out it was only $10. Always, check and double check folks. It may save you all this heartache.

I always compare what invoices I have with the explanantion of benefits. If they don't match, I call BCBS and then the doc. Sometimes you can three-way call and get things staright on the phone right away.
    Good luck.
