Pot Bellied Pig...sad...

Does anyone know someone who lives near Hwy 210 close to the Sheetz station & is missing their potbellied pig? I was working that area today and someones potbellied pig had gotten killed on the highway. Was laying on the shoulder of the road...looked to be either black or dark gray.

 

Did it look pretty fresh? Good size to him?

 

Looking for some 'road kill' for dinner tonight?

It was not a pot bellied pig. It was a gigantic beaver. I know because we stopped!

You are a brave soul; thanks for checking it out. Any time I see ANY animal that met its demise on the side of the road, I wonder if I should stop, even if only to make sure it is over far enough to not get hit again. Then I chicken out, afraid...:cry:

Are you serious about it being a beaver & not a pig? If so, I had no idea that beavers could get that big!!! I thought beavers were all about the size of an opossom or a raccoon!!
