Thanks..i ended up calling the local state trooper headquarters and they said that he hadn't listed charges yet and the report had been pulled for him to make the corrections and list the charges...I'm still waiting for the trooper to call me back and hopefully find out the final verdict of the charges. I'm so frustrated with all this.... Why couldn't I have been hit by someone with enough common sense to pay their insurance?? K
