I can't imagine Publix would open a 28,000 sf store. I'd guess more like a Trader Joe's or Whole Foods would go in there.

 

Well it is North Raleigh's loss. Maybe we should petition go get one out here

So Flowers will have a Food Lion, a Harris Teeter, and a Publix? And the area between Lowes Foods on business 70 and Food Lion at 40/42 gets nothing.
