There can be some good deals. I have bought coupons from The Coupon Clippers website, very reliable and fast shipping. You just have to look for the coupons that will make the great deals, and keep a little stockpile for the next triple coupon event. I used to buy multiples of the items I knew I would use, and I do think the website has a minimum purchase amount. So.. you might pay 15cents for a 75cent coupon, that when tripled will get you $2.25 off an item. Even if you had to use it for a double coupon it would still be worth the 15cents it cost.
I also use The Coupon Clippers once before and they're reliable, but one of their policies that I didn't like is the minimum order price. You have to buy their coupons at least $3.00. I don't need a lot of coupons, but I went ahead and order it when I really need it.
Report on my bargains of the day . . . Went to Rite Aid and got 2 glucose meters for free. They were on sale for $19.99 each and I had 2 $20 off coupons. I already had one that Mimi2 was nice enough to give me so I will give one of these to my mom and one to a friend that was recently diagnosed. On the way out I ran into another good deal. I got 2 nice TV trays that had been $14.99 each for only $3.74 each. I'm loving this!
