I've lived in RI and I don't remember there being any rural areas. Lots of urban and suburbs (and Roger Williams Park, which seems like a quarter of the state), but can't think of any rural areas. Where would they be? Heck, RI is so small, a cow would have to go into Connecticut just to turn around.
