    I Love Carolina Treet and could drink it with a spoon - if you ever make Baked BBQ Chicken try carolina treet mixed with ketchup and pouring that over your chicken (first add a little natures seasoning to the chicken)

    I personally do not use C.T. on ribs.... but that is only because I like a sweet, tomato and vinegar taste on my ribs... (Bone sucking sauce lol)

    I understand! It was on 5th Street afterall! I know we used to see how many trips we could make up and down that little section of 5th street in one night. My number was never staggering...only I was!

    I could tell you my recipe and how I make ribs, but it's never the same way twice. And you can ask any of my neighbors, parents, boss, wife, and even a few others and they will tell you my ribs are always fall of the bone tender and oh soooooooo good.

    OH MAN! They were fabulous!!!

    Mixed some "Scotts" with BBQ Sauce, cooked them on medium low, basted and basted and basted with the sauce mixture! We have enough leftovers for everyone in Johnston County! :lol: :lol:
