I wonder if it varies by stylist... I paid 35 for a haircut with Amanda. I've followed her around as she's changed salons over the last couple of years. Re eyebrows...I tried Johnston Community College's Aesthetic clinic (Cleveland campus). Yes, I was scared! Got my brows waxed and dyed and my lashes dyed - for $14! It took them awhile, but they turned out great! Their hours are limited and they will only be in school for a short time longer, but if you call the main JCC Cleveland number, I'm sure they can give you all the info.
WHAT? You got your lashes dyed??? WTH? I never have to get my eyebrows waxed - they are so light that I have to put ON color to make them stand out - thanks mom & dad :? I wax my own lip. :lol: that just sounds funny to me :lol::lol::lol:
Yup! As a redhead with blonde lashes, this allows me to not have to wear mascara. A luxury during the year, but it's a necessity in the summer!
