Scanners that see through clothing installed in US airports

Granted different subject here, but I am more upset about the fact that airlines are now going to charge you for checked baggage!!!

 

Sure Hught. 10 airplanes simultaneously blowing up in the air wouldn't be good "coverage" for terrorists, would it now?

 

Well, as stated earlier, stupid usually get caught anyways - not the brightest group here. By the way the TSA methods (current and scanner) would not have caught this if these folks were bright enough to pull it off.

 

I wonder what they would do if I walked through there with a strap-on.

Well, there's that. I guess let's just dismantle all security measures. Apparently we should just open the plane doors and let every nut job on there without questions. It might offend someone.

 

Like nipple piercings for the young woman a couple of months ago, they may make you take it off in public! :mrgreen:

Actually some of the worst violence I have seen on a plane didn't involve weapons. An ex-football player (which his lawyer said he was) threw a flight attendendant into my seat because the flight attendant "Touched Him". What do we do? Give a psych exam prior to boarding?

 

You don't think so? They were going to carry liquid explosives in carry on luggage. Are you not familiar with the TSA requirement regarding liquids in your carry on and luggage?

 

Very familiar and do it at least twice per week! That is why I know TSA would not have been able to stop it if they were bright (the Terrorists that is).
