I asked the Fin Aid people about this one and I remember them saying it was too late in the year, but it also seems like I was eligible because of my EFC. Thanks anyway though, I really appreciate it!
you're welcome. we make too much salary also. i don't think the PTSL is based on your EFC or salary. it is government funded. they told us that although there is a deadline, to get it in asap when applying. it may be a "first come first serve" type thing. i would def. check it out next Jan. she applied very early, but we didn't find out until the last day of May that she got it. true blessing!!!
