I bought an Oreck a few months ago and I LOVE it!! I will never own another store brand or one that you can buy at Walmart. I got a great deal on it with a hand vac and a cordless iron and 6 tune ups. Both the upright and hand vac have bags which is kind of a pain, but they are easy to change out. I vaccumed with my Bissell that was only 1 year old then went over my carpet with the Oreck and it picked up the rest of the dirt the Bissell left behind. Oh and I will never use another iron with a cord again!!
