I'm sorry if I implied that he doesn't care. I just wondered if there might be a reason he wouldn't want full custody? I just say this because it's very similar to situation in my family. I in no way meant to judge him. I don't know him at all. I know this is tough for you.
Understood. He would like full custody of both of his daughters, but right now in time, there's no money for him to go about doing that. If there was something I could do, I certainly would. Having a kid myself, I wouldn't want my child in a place where I know there are drugs, drinking, etc.
