Should I buy my kids laptops? Or do you have another suggestion?

Notepads aren't a good idea. And those small screens aren't good on their eyes.

Walmart has the best deals this year. Kids don't need a screaming fast PC. When they bog it down with demo games, they start complaining about speed. Why give them another thing to complain about?

And you can't beat Walmarts extended warranty price. Well worth the $20 to $30. It's the only PC warranty I would ever recommend.

    I see you've never pulled a MAC apart! @#$%^&*() POS !!!!

Yeah, that may be true, but the way they cram everything in that outer shell makes a big difference. The Macbooks are generally thinner and actually metal.

I think he's oK with them as long as you pay them off every month.

Leaving it running or even buried would definitely be an issue with the youngest. But they don't eat or drink anywhere near them. That's already in place. The younger will slip over to the desk top with a glass of what ever on occasion and when I see it, the way I react you'd think the house was on fire lol!

You might be thinking of Dave Ramsey?
