Yeah, cuz I am going to buy all of my Christmas baking supplies and just keep the kids home. Whew, I needed another day to prep. Perfect!
Interesting weather forum http://www.americanwx.com/bb/index.php?/topic/4998-christmas-storm-i-general-banter/page__st__80. I haven't been able to figure out some of the acronyms but it seems like they are predicting a measurable amount of snow for the area x-mas day.
would love to see the other models these people are talking about!! Sounds like the other models are calling for a lot of snow like Jan 2000
We are headed up to the mtns and they are definitely calling for snow up there and windchill temps of 5 above zero. BRRRRRR!!!!! Santa just got the truck ready for the trip instead of the mini-van since I have GOT to be back at work on Monday. :jester:
I'm just thankful its coming in when dh is off til Jan 6th, atleast he can take me into work IF we get that much snow :hurray:
yep I know, but they are usually wrong arent they? We will see, if I get a little snow I will be happy!!
some models have charleston, sc getting a foot... and snow as far south as jacksonville, fla Euro models are showing what would be a record Christmas snowfall amount for the Triangle. Six straight runs have shown this result. Just sayin....go to the store tonight ....for real.
