Well if this is the kind of winter we are going to have, I seriously need to find some snow boots. Any suggestions? Target and WalMart don't have them. FYI hubby got some great ankle-high insulated boots at Agri Supply in Garner in case any of the men are looking for some. They are made by Pro Line and worked really well in the last storm.
also check TJ Maxx and Ross - they had some a few weeks ago, but I haven't been in either place lately. Maybe ****'s? Check online, you might get them before the weekend?
Timberland outlet in Smithfield...and they were running a sale last week buy one pair get the second half off.
Forget that, I want bacon and biscuits and beer. Also need to hit the ABC store for another bottle or 4 of Crown. Might even hit the one at 4042 and stop in by the Tavern to help eliminate JoCo of it's excess beer.
he wasn't open last snow storm, only place open was CDH and they were packed, had a great snow party:cheers:
It looks like the weather blog is calling for 4"-6" for our area and ice to the south; starting Monday and going through Wednesday.
:ack::ack::ack: HItting the grocery store tomorrow ANYWAY for the weekly trip. I'M READY FOR SPRING!!!!!
Dang...what's the chances they will close RDU down on Tuesday....gonna be stuck in Baltimore overnight on Tuesday if they do...... oh well...at least it is the company's dime 8)
yeah, stay tuned for an intelligent update on that. No School today, which will include Johnston county according to my close sources.
Really? I saw the high school bus at 5:40 in my neighborhood (Archer Lodge) and we are about to walk out the door to go. They had better move fast if they are making a decision. I remember when I taught in the system we would report so we didn't have to make up the day. We would release around 10:00, which is a real pain for parents. Guess we'll have to wait and see!
