So, what's for dinner?

Girl, I can't wait until it cools off...make a hugh pot of chili (my chili is da bomb) and chase it with a 12 pack of ML's.....not much betta....a couple of things....but not much :wink:

 

MMM chili! Bf has been wanting to make his, but I am trying to have him wait til the cooler weather.

 

I'm HUNGRY now...

 

Chili sounds good! I think I have everything I need, might have to make that tonight!

I don't really want to cook tonight, but it looks as if thats what I might be doing.

Unless someone wants to invite us all over? LOL

 

I need to go grocery shopping for ingredients to just keep in the house for such 'emergencies'. I usually just buy what I need for the week ... but yeah, chili sounds really good!!

 

The new Shake and Bake Flavors are pretty good in a pinch...We had the parmeasan!

 

I'm making a beef roast, mashed potatoes and green beans tonight. Wonder what the kids will eat... :roll:

 

I used to do the same thing until "Frugal" showed me the light, LOL!

I haven't even been to the grocery store in a couple of weeks although I am running low on paper products, but I'm putting it off as long as I can in hopes there will be a good sale somewhere.

 

Okay...y'all made me do it! We had chili and grilled ham and cheese for dinner! I had all of the ingredients for the chili, so I figured might as well! Of course, it will be better tomorrow!

 

Cool, I know where we will all be going tomorrow for dinner!

 

I made chili too, LOL! It was good but a little spicy! :shock:

 

We opted for pancakes and link sausage, hadn't had that in a VERY long time! It was good!

 

Dern, ya'll had to copy me and make Chili :lol:

When I got home DH had made a huge pot of chili :lol:

 

Since so many of you made chili last night, I think we should have a 4042 Chili Contest. I will be the judge. Have your chili here by around 5:30 tonight.

 

I vote for DH's ~ he puts a little bit of Texas Pete in it for some kick.
