what our pets have taught us...
you'd think that it would have been a good lesson for me not to leave my clothes on the floor, too... but I don't train as well as most pets :)

I gave my lab a sock to chew on and then she just swallowed the whole entire thing. A week or 2 later it came out the other end. It was gross!

at least you didn't have to help "deliver" it from the other end like some of these posts. (I think that would make me vomit.)

Our cat used to chew on the legs and feet of my daughter's barbee dolls.

Years ago when my son was younger, he used my vaccum cleaner to clean up the puppy poop! He got home before I did and thought he was doing me a favor...
Fortunately most of it was not "fresh"!!! We threw the bag away and washed out the hose part and I had to use baking soda everytime I vaccumed till I finally got rid of the smell!!! It was an expensive vaccum, couldn't just throw it away!!! We laugh everytime I tell that story.

One Easter we were getting ready to dye Easter eggs, and I was preparing the little cups of dye.

I accidently dropped one of the color tablets, and before I could reach down to get it, our Lhasa-Peke gobbled it up.

The next day, my daughter and her little neighborhood friends called me outside all excited because they wanted me to see the really cool pile of TEAL-colored dog poop.

It was unique looking, to say the least.
