Stupid signs on 40

    "As the crow flies" is an adage to describe a straight line, i.e., crows/birds do not follow roads. I measured from 40/42 to the nearest point of the official Garner City limits in GIS.

    Oh yeah, as for your adage, Duh, that's why I wrote as the Odometer rolls, since it would be more of a winding path as opposed to the crows flight, thought I should explain it to you. And I think we are talking about two separate things. I am talking Postal addresses your talking City limits, which must be two different things, so if you get off 312 you are pretty close to the Garner Postal limits so to people with the Garner Postal address it makes a good argument to have a sign off 312 that would point out the direction of Garner for the topographically challenged.
