Summerset Place Subdivison

We moved into Summerset Place in November. It's very quiet and the new houses get purchased quickly. It's really not that far from stores, I think it's about the same from where we used to live and we're only 4 or 5 miles from the bypass to get to I40. I can't speak for Polenta, we kept our kids at Cleveland but they will all end up at the same middle and high school.

 

I have heard nothing but great things from the people I know that have bought out there. My mom teaches at Polenta & loves it! Good Luck!! It is not a bad drive at all in my opinion.
