Teen Charged in Crash That Killed Girlfriend

    Spoke in great length to a retired 30 year veteran of the Raleigh PD last night about this case. Just so everyone knows, including you "The Investigator" there was NO, "criminal intent" involved in this case!

    I think the restriction is limited to only one other person, so no violation there. But yes, I agree - don't think I would let my 15yr old ride at night with an inexperienced driver.

    Thanks for the clarification, and yes the inexperience is just as big an issue to me as the hormones.
