Girl, i always ask for what i want, guess that is why i didn't understand. They are used to it and i am sure would love to accommodate whatever you request if possible. i am so excited about a place this close too:hurray:

Hahaha, I'm just the opposite. I hate asking for anything special at a restaurant. I wouldn't have sent my steak back except that she was standing right there when I cut into it and immediately whisked it away. I travel a ton and eat out so often that I have just gotten used to either plucking something right off the menu or getting a salad to go. It never would have even occured to me to ask for them to do the chicken without the BBQ sauce.

Another "two thumbs up" for TerraFin Station, well, make it four thumbs up, since my wife was with me. We ordered off the happy hour menu, and had more than enough to eat. Best NE clam chowder in the area, IMHO.

I requested a special dish when I was there. They had this spicy pasta dish I wanted but I dont like salmon and it was listed as having salmon in the dish. I asked could they substitute shrimp for salmon. Since each plate is made to order, they said it was no problem for them to make my plate with shrimp instead of fish and they were very nice about it when I asked. BTW, it was DELICIOUS!!! I've been practically craving more of it since then! We also went last weekend just for appetizers, got the lobster & crab cakes and the stuffed tater skins - YUM!

Went last weekend. I ordered filet mignon and friend ordered fish tacos. Both very good. Salads excellent. High quality food. Slow service. Be prepared to wait.Hope you don't get the chatting server that hung around the table too long.

Hey guys, don't know how many of you are on their email list but just found out that today's special is 1/2 price on all their pasta dishes including my fav the shrimp & lobster mac & cheese:hurray: So if you want to try it out tonight would be a great night to do it & save some money.

We went in for dinner Monday night and tried their new Shrimp dish & it was awesome, it is lightly breaded shrimp with peppers, onions, served with a side of wasabi mayo for $10. It was great and i was happy to hear they will be adding it as a regular on the menu.:hurray:

Half price lobster mac and cheese?

Heck of an idea. Whoever came up with that idea is absolutely brilliant.

    I'm there.

Wish I could make it too, but today is my son's 15th birthday! Gotta go to NCDMV to (try to) get Learner's Permit, then on to Chic-fil-A for a Nugget Platter, his idea of eatin' "high on the hog". Then home to cut the cake....I made a "scratch" chocolate cake from one of my Mom's recipes. He better like it!!! 8)

I can't access Facebook, but I think that link is him. He is pretty good. He plays at the Flipside quite frequently. A couple of years ago his band won a contest and got to open up for Kenny Chesney at Walnut Creek. He also went pretty deep on the show Nashville Star.

He must come from a musical family, his brother is the lead singer with 454 (Formally Rocco's Collar). They play more Creed type music though. Johnny plays mostly what I call cross over country.

Thats him, he's mostly country music, he plays at Flipside alot. Country isn't my favorite, but he has a good voice. I hope he draws a good crowd up at TerraFin.

On another note, TerraFin needs us all to vote for them, they've been nominated for a "Local Heros Award". Here is the link and directions how to vote.
