 Well, house hunting wouldn't be a hobby anymore, it would be a job... and I would probably grow to resent it. ;)

Maybe when the kiddos are older... if I have any brain cells at all left... I'll think about getting my license. :)

My hubby's been begging me to get my license as well, at least to help sell his houses. I don't see how it's possible with 3 little kids running around though, so will have to wait for now. It might be something I do later on in life, if I can't find anything else to do to fill my time when the kids are older. I hate the idea of working weekends though, that's the only thing that stinks. But I think showing houses would be kind of fun, maybe on a part time basis.

Same boat here, well without kids, but who would run the other business? Ahhh. I need a vacation. :banghead::banghead:

Long time no hear harley... We are moving up the road to Twisted Oaks. Sweeeeet house... more home!! When did you move? I have tried to figure it out through the threads, but its to time consuming. We listed our house. A week and 1/2 later we had our first showing - got the offer later that night. I couldn't believe it, with all the talk about how hard it is to sell these days. Hows business?

Your profile as a realtor (web page) has been up for a long time in your 4042 profile, by the way you look very professional. But that was the purpose of the Profile. I know if I was in the market I would give you a call. 8)

Why thank you Hught!! Even though we disagree frequently about political things, I do respect your opinion very much! I really wish you would come to one of the lunches sometime! I did put it in my profile, but you have to click on that to get to it, I just didn't want to be really obvious about it, I knew I would get beat up for that, as it shoud be! I am guilty of hinting about it though! I have corresponded with some by PM, but it's no different than any other service on here. We all have a profession of some sort. :p

Well I have thought about the lunches a number of times, but my schedule just does not work, besides I am rather underwhelming in person.

Please!! I always think about this board when I hear that Brad Paisley song. Can't think of the name of it right now, but it's about people's online persona being so different than their real life. Hysterical! T

Can you specify when selling your home (if you have a lockbox) that a specific Realtor not be permitted to show your home or enter your property?
