Ed Mitchell won both throwdowns - ribs and beans. Judges were N.C. locals. Bobby Flay's beans looked nasty. We may go to The Pit tonight for the ribs. They are delicious. Get the baby back. Less fat, etc.
As a stand alone both Bobby's ribs and beans looked good. But when placed next to Ed's they just didn't make the cut. Craig
Ed Mitchell winning the throwdown with Baooby Flay had a very negative impact on The Pit Restaurant. They were out of Baby Back ribs by 5:30 pm tonight and out of the Carolina Ribs by 6:00 PM. Waitress said they had a very busy day. Out of ribs by 6:00 PM? That is bad. Plus our waitress disappeared. Very poor service after serving our entree.
