This is exactly the problem with the middle east. Every time someone proposed peaceful coexistence, some idiot decides that peace can only mean doing things his way.
Throughout history, wars have been the result of religious differences. Sad, but true. A man's belief in his religion should not automatically make everyone else's beliefs wrong.
Unless you have actually gone out and investigated a variety of religions, religion is an accident of birth. You are what your parents are. I do not believe that an innocent baby born in China will burn in Hell because he is raised in a budist home. My God is merciul and understanding. He alone will judge me. I am not worthy to judge others. I may have opinions, but they are mine alone. God has never come down and thunked me on the head and told me I should be the judge of anyones religion, or way of life.

Very well said peppercorns...if only we would all not be so high and mighty as to think we are qualified to judge others.....I've been guilty of it before and every time I was wrong to do so. Why as I get older I try to remember to let myself know that judging only takes me further away from the God I worship....it doesn't change anyone's behavior.
