That was a good suggestion, she did!

I do have a paypal account, and I would be willing to serve as an intermediary to collect donations and then make one lump sum donation to the Alzheimer's Foundation in her memory from "her 4042 family." I think the obit suggested donations to Alzheimer's in lieu of flowers.

My paypal account is under my regular e-mail address, patanthony@gmail.com. I'll give it a week or 10 days, then make a final announcement on here, before I send in the money. And I'll report back the total collected. Thanks to all of you for your caring thoughts and words. Sherry is a strong woman, she will make it through, but it's really tough, and I know it helps to have the support of your friends in times like this.
