My thoughts are with these 2 families. So sorry to hear about this. I haven't watched or heard the news, are there any updates?
One of the guys is a guy that I grew up with. He's the one that things aren't looking good for. I am SO sad...this is a guy that I've known my entire life and grew up with. K

http://www.wral.com/news/news_briefs/story/4079417/ I'm afraid he has passed. I am so sorry to hear that.
that really really really sucks in a big way. Prayers and thoughts go out to all. Just horrible.:cry:
rest peacefully brother AJ was a fellow "C" shift firefighter, we ran several calls together even though we are on different departments, he always had a good time and absolutly loved his job, AJ was also an instructor on our last live burn at cleveland, he was just a joy to have around, and always kept something going, please say a prayer for his family at home and at RFD he was on ladder 11 and we go back to work tomorrow and i know his crew-mates will no doubt have a heavy heart. REST IN PEACE BROTHER AND TILL WE MEET AGAIN,,, J.D Isaiah 43:2,3 When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overwhelm you; when you walk through fire you shall not be burned, and the flame shall not consume you. 3 For I am the Lord your God, the Holy One of Israel, your Savior. I give Egypt as your ransom, Cush and Seba in exchange for you.
We rode by the funeral home yesterday and saw all the fire trucks and cars. My daughter and I pulled off to the side of the road and watched them fold a big flag up and we wept for the family and friends. Our thoughts are with all, Sherry
I noticed balloons at the accident site one day this week - it may even have been today. It's a nice looking memorial someone has made for him.
That just puts a lump in my throat. What a shame that this wonderful person was taken from his family WAY before his time. God Bless the family and friends who are left behind.
