Traffic Violation.....HELP!!

I've been away for a few days but just wanted to come back and thank all of you for your help/suggestions. My Mom really wants to go to court to see "how things are handled!" I suggested letting a lawyer handle it just to save her the time, etc. of waiting for the ticket to be handled. I "think" she is willing! Thanks again, folks!
