I am 67 yrs old and started smoking as a teen. Tried to quit many times and failed. So, I tried again Nov. 23, 2006. Cheated a few times with just a puff or two in the beginning but seldom think about it now. Does not even bother me when I'm around smokers. I did use the CQ Nicotine patches for about two weeks.
