^ Because there have been so many shootings out here at the 40/42 hotels. Only one thing you can do if you don't feel comfortable anymore and that is move farther out or somewhere more desolate. No grassroots movement is going to stop "progress" in this area. My personal opinion is there are a whole lot of good people in this area and it will take a long long time before "progress" brings in enough of the negative element for me to feel uncomfortable.
