    Thanks for checking.

    Them damn things are expensive.
    DH found them at WalmartS for $2.50 a box, which wasn't toooo bad.

    What do grape nuts taste like? Honestly, I've never tried them. I usually do a bowl of Special K every morning, but I'm kind of burned out on it.

    "depends on how long you leave them in the milk, they could taste like little tiny rocks, I leave them in the bowl for 10 minutes and then they kinda taste like soggier rocks I guess. There's no sugar in them. The're good"

    "Oh and you don't want to leave the house for a while after you eat them, they are high in fiber, Especially if you are new"

    Straight from DH's mouth. :lol::lol::lol:
    I don't eat 'em. :ack:

    I prefer Honey nut Cheerios, Frosted Flakes, or Raisin Bran myself, with the Cheerios being the first choice and actually healthier for you.

    Of course my downfall with any of the above if that it is so hard to get the cereal/milk ratio just right with out having to eat half the box in one sitting.

    I LOVE cereal, so I can't even buy it because I have no control with portions. I have switched out to oatmeal or grits. I eat oatmeal almost everyday and it significantly lowered my cholesterol.
