Have you tried the Southern Grace Wedding Chapel? 919-773-1438. My husband and I got married there and had the receptioin. It's not very expensive and it's beautiful. I planned my own wedding, did the flowers, my husband and I made the cake and catered it... I had so much fun doing it that I want to do it every year. Wow I can't believe I first posted this back in the spring...the fiance and I finally booked our Ceremony / Reception yesterday. We decided to have the ceremony and the reception in the same place since we are having so many out of state guests. We picked the River Deck in Downtown Wilmington. Suprisingly it is extremely affordable. Most places we looked at charged a lot more money and they were no where near the beach. I think with a tight budget, we should be able to pull this wedding off for under $5,000!! Which is great since we are paying for it.... C'mon Tax Return season!!
