Congrats!! :hurray: I stopped going for about a month and a half but I am back and doing great so far. I only gained 1.8 pounds during Thanksgiving and Christmas. I couldn't believe it. :lol: Tonight is my 2nd night back. I'm kinda nervous.
Aw thanks, that's nice of you. But I go to school at state so i'm sure I can find a time to go. Maybe i'll go tomorrow; i'll be stuck there for 12 hours :ack: Thanks for all your help!

congrats for joining Michelle. I'll be joining next week, just debating on where to go to meetings. there is one within walking distance from work. i liked going on Fridays but since i don't go into the office on Friday I may need to find another meeting spot.
that sounds like something i could try and the Vitamin shoppe is just down the road for me. i'll have to check it out. i'm currently not taking anything, not even a simple vitamin.
Tangy I found that it's a lot cheaper to go to the website and buy the monthly pass. It brings your weekly meeting total down to $9.22 and you can go to as many meetings as you want. Do you think you might be going to the Clayton meeting? If so, let me know and maybe we can go together.
i did the monthly pass the last time i went, that's what i plan to do again. i'm thinking about the clayton meeting but certainly not the 9am one. wish there was a meeting closer to me though.

I'm not sure I'm ready to get on that scale tomorrow gang. My back was out all week still, to the point that the doctor had me on bed rest two days. So obviously, no exercise! I tried to stay on track, but man when I'm like this I don't care about making good choices. I just want what makes me feel good. See you all there!!
Don't fret sweetie. I did not have an excuse for my crappy eating this week.:lol: I really hope that your back starts to feel better soon. I am not looking forward to getting on that scale either. Oh well, we will embrace the number, kick it in the butt and move on.8)
Hey friends... I stayed the same this week. This is exactly what happened last time I tried WW since having Fibromyalgia. It gets so frustrating, but with support from my WW friends here I will not give up. Tanya keeps us motivated and smiling, and I really look up to her. I'm proud of all of us that go on Saturday morning! Peekaboo
I did it! I went and joined this morning and got all my companion materials. I'm ready to roll! I think I will be attending the 10:30 meetings from now on. I just don't like early mornings.
I just want to say a big 'way to go' to everyone at the meeting today. I also want to be a big cheeseball and let you all know how inspirational you all are to me. I really didn't want to go this morning, because I was so afraid that I'd see a big gain thanks to my back. But I thought about the support I would get from each and every person in that room, and I knew I had to go. So thank you for motivating me to get there. If I hadn't gone I wouldn't know I LOST 2.4 pounds!! I'm over halfway to goal now. Isn't that crazy?? I never thought I'd get to where I am now, and I know that I can get to goal. Keep up the awesome work ladies.
Way to go everyone!! I know it's gonna be a long journey for me but I'm ready for it. I didn't put this weight on overnight so I can't expect to take it off overnight.
I lost 2.4 this week too ... I was shocked, after what I ate when my parents were in town (*cough coldstonecreamery cough*) and I only got to the gym once in the past two weeks. Work has been SO stressful that I've barely had time to stand up from the computer, and have had 55+ hr weeks. I was serious that I can really see a difference in you guys, with your weight loss. Buena, you are looking SO much skinnier ... and Frame, I swear your face looked a lot thinner, like you'd gotten a face lift. It's so neat to see the changes in y'all!! Peekaboo, we'll help you fight thru this plateau. You've been doing great so far, dont you get discouraged!! You'll have many weeks where you stay the same, or even gain a little ... that's OK. Hang in there! Michelle, I'm sorry I didnt get to meet you ... maybe I'll catch ya in between the two meetings sometime! I'm so proud of you guys!! It really helps keep ME going.
