I saw my Mom's friend Saturday. She's lost 100+ pounds doing WW! I didn't even recognize her at the door! She's 68 years old! I'm still amazed at her accomplishment! ....Makes me think I can do it to!

BIG kudos to all you ladies!

I've had to drop out of WW for a month or two ... will be back at meetings the end of June or start of July. My hours got cut by 20 percent at work (whee, mandatory furlough)... so big loss of pay. Better than unemployment .. but required some temporary financial cutbacks.

    Will be back soon!!

So, what is the momentum program all about? I am a lifetime member, but have 5 pounds at least that I want gone...I know its not much, but when you are as short as me, you can feel it.

I want to go on Sat. morning.

I've been so slack about posting here/reading here... and even going to meetings. I'm a counselor in a local school, so since the beginning of May all I've been doing is coordinating testing. Hopefully when retesting is over (a week from tomorrow!!!) I'll be much more focused.

The bright side- I haven't gained any weight!

I hope everyone is doing fantastic. I *might* be at Saturday's meeting at least to weigh in. My friend has a dance recital that morning, so I'll have to see how close the time line is.

Keep up the good work everyone!!!!

I have some questions about WW
    1) Where are the meetings in our area? The web site lists a Clayton location but not days and time of meetings
    2) The Momentumâ„¢ plan - Looks like they have a online WW program. Anyone tried this? Does it work? Do you get a book, etc. when you sign up?
DH and I have been on WW before. Had some success but we have put all our loss back on and then some. I would appreciate any information from anyone that has tried "The Momentumâ„¢ plan".
    Thanks, Pooh
