+1 only thing I would have done differently is I would have introduced myself to you MNRed, when you came outside.
Oh, I didn't see where she came outside and saw with her own eyes. I thought she found out after the fact. I would have definitely waved/said hello "I am Cleo, the mom! Wanna play?"
As long as her name isn't Mary Kay Letourneau, I think you are okay. She was in plain sight. I think it's great that some parents stay involved with their kids.
I Agree! and maybe her friends cant play bb and she likes to so NO Not weird at all! and obviousley you knew who she was cause you knew one of the kids was hers. whats the big deal?
Not weird. What should she have done? Knock...knock... Hi, I'm Susan, Mark's Mom. You and I have nothing in common except that our kids are friends, but I'll be playing basketball with the kids out front. Is that what you expected? I'm guessing it was probably a scenario similar to ncmom's suggestion.
